Starting in 2022, we starting down our journey to develop a cocktail program that is fun and approachable. We have a liquor collection that surpasses any establishment in town. We juice our own lemons and limes, and make all our syrups in house. We make an effort to include local spirits, and when the weather warms in Albany we use local fruits and herbs. As of 2025 we have two house-made nitro infused draft cocktails available.
We release a new set of cocktails four times a year to showcase local and experimental flavors
